The Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance  of the school.
Through the Principal and the staff it must implement learning programmes, formulate school policies and monitor student progress.
It employs the staff, allocates funds, controls expenditure, provides a safe environment and develops and maintains the grounds and buildings.
